Royal Safe Co. Warranty

Every Royal Safe Co. product is made in our own factory and checked before it leaves. If something fails because of how we made it, we will fix it.

Office Chairs: 1-Year Warranty

Your chair is covered for 1 year from the date of delivery for:

Fabric / upholstery: if the fabric comes loose
Arms (armrests): if the arms are delivered broken
Wheel base: if the wheel base or castor wheels are delivered broken

The hydraulic (gas lift) of the chair is not covered under the warranty.

Safes: 2-Year Warranty

Your safe is covered for 2 years from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects in:

The locker and locking mechanism, including manual, key, digital and password locks

The safe's body, door and hinges are not covered under the warranty.

If the manual (emergency) key of the safe is lost, the safe is no longer covered under the warranty.

What the Warranty Does NOT Cover

The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover any damage to the product. If the product is damaged after delivery, the repair or replacement is not covered.

This means:

If a chair's arms, wheel base or wheels break during use, it is not covered. The warranty only covers arms and wheels that are delivered broken.
The chair's hydraulic (gas lift) is not covered.
If a chair's fabric is cut, burnt, stained or torn by someone, it is not covered.
If a safe's lock is damaged by someone, for example by forcing it open, tampering with it or trying to break in, it is not covered.
If a safe is dented, scratched or damaged because it was dropped, hit or mishandled, it is not covered.
If the safe's manual key is lost, the warranty on that safe ends.
Damage from water, fire, accidents or natural causes is not covered.
Repairs or changes made by anyone other than Royal Safe Co. are not covered.

In simple terms, we cover parts that fail on their own because of a manufacturing problem. We do not cover parts that were damaged.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Email us at info@royalsafeco.in with your order number.
Attach clear photos or a video of the problem.
Our team will check it and repair or replace the covered part free of charge if it is a manufacturing defect.
