How We Build Your Safe — Manufacturing
Materials We Use
Cold-Rolled Steel
We use 1.0mm cold-rolled steel — not the cheaper hot-rolled alternative used by lower-cost competitors. Cold-rolled steel is denser, harder, and more resistant to deformation under force. It's the same material standard used in automotive and industrial security applications.
Electronic Locking Systems
Our keypads use proven microcontroller-based locking technology, tested to withstand 50,000+ open/close cycles. The circuitry is sealed against moisture and dust ingress.
Door Bolts
Our anti-pry door bolts are machined from solid steel rod — not cast or stamped. They engage multiple points in the door frame simultaneously, making lever attacks ineffective.
Our Quality Process
Every Royalsafeco product goes through a 47-point inspection before it leaves our facility. This includes:
- Steel thickness verification at 12 points across the body
- Door alignment and bolt engagement testing
- Electronic keypad stress test (500 consecutive inputs)
- Tamper alarm sensitivity calibration
- Anchor hole integrity verification
- Final lock-unlock cycle test (minimum 50 cycles)
Safes that fail any checkpoint are either reworked or scrapped. We do not ship substandard products.
