Return Policy — Safes and Office Chairs
If your Royalsafeco safe or office chair arrives defective, damaged or wrong, we will replace it or refund you. Here is exactly how it works.
7-Day Return Window
You can raise a return request within 7 days of delivery if your product arrived defective, damaged in transit, or if we delivered the wrong product. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted on a product that is in full working condition.

How to Return Your Product
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@royalsafeco.in or through the chat icon on our website. Share your order number and a photo or video of the issue.
- We verify your request within 24 hours and confirm whether it is eligible.
- Free pickup — for eligible returns we arrange a free courier pickup from your address anywhere in India. Pack the product in its original packaging.
- Refund or replacement — choose a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, or a replacement dispatched within 3 working days.
After the 7 Days
After the return window closes, safes are covered by our 2-year warranty on the lock and locking mechanism, and office chairs by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. See our warranty page for full terms.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to pay for return shipping?
No. Pickup for eligible returns is free anywhere in India.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive the returned product and verify the issue, the refund reaches your original payment method within 5–7 business days. UPI and net banking refunds are usually faster than card refunds.
Will I get the same model as a replacement?
Yes, we replace a defective unit with the same model. If that model is unavailable, we will contact you before doing anything else.
I bought on Amazon or Flipkart. Does this policy apply?
Returns for marketplace orders go through that marketplace's own return process. Our warranty applies wherever you bought your Royalsafeco product.
